pP{Target} was built by Sarah Radford as part of her summer research. It is based on pCaSpeR, but has 34-bp FRT sites, an I-CreI endonuclease site, and chromatin insulators to protect against position effects. Unfortunately, the insulators are probably too short to actually work - we get the entire range of eye colors among different transformant lines. pP{TargetB} is similar, but without the insulators, making it somewhat smaller.
